Would like to thank Jackie in the service department, from Valley Kia, who went out of her way to make sure we got our car back from service as soon as possible and within 2 days! We were initially told our car part would be on back order for months, which would have left us without a car. After calling the dealership back to see what could be done, I was very lucky to be connected to Jackie! Very Poor customer service I called Kia Traralgon as i live locally to have a brand new Kia seltos fist service booked to be completed the lady I spoke with seemed not interested to help after we apparently didn’t purchase the car off them saying she would pass the message onto someone who would call back’ now 5 days later still waiting . Can't give you a zero, so I give you a 1. We went to the yard, sat in the car twice, and also entered the showroom on two separate occasions. Not a single sales rep acknowledged us let alone served us. We just needed to buy a car.
