If there was a negative rating available l would certainly be giving Valley Kia Traralgon this rating! On 12th March we signed a contract to purchase a 2025 Kia Sportage and paid a $1000 deposit to secure the purchase. We were advised our car was being sourced from another dealer so it would be delivered ready for pick up around 27th March. We then proceeded to sell our current vehicle which was sold privately on Monday.17th March. Thanks to Morgan for making the buying experience so simple and smooth. Everyone I met at Valley Kia were friendly and great to deal with. Super happy to pick up my Sportage in such a short time frame.

I have trying get my mother's KIA RIO booked in for a recall notice to be sorted. I waited for 2 hours for a return call as apparently they are short staffed . I have just had another conversation with delightful reception person with the same outcome . Get more staff !
