Thanks to Morgan for making the buying experience so simple and smooth. Everyone I met at Valley Kia were friendly and great to deal with. Super happy to pick up my Sportage in such a short time frame.

I have trying get my mother's KIA RIO booked in for a recall notice to be sorted. I waited for 2 hours for a return call as apparently they are short staffed . I have just had another conversation with delightful reception person with the same outcome . Get more staff !

Poor customer service called Kia Traralgon as i live locally to have a brand new Kia seltos fist service booked to be done lady I spoke with seemed not interested after we didn’t purchase car off them said she would pass message onto someone who would call back 5 days later still waiting . So I went elsewhere & that will remain the case.

Edit, September 2024: Called again in June 2024 looking for a Carnival. No return call. Called again, got a standard price and possible date for availability and I asked for a return call with fleet pricing, explaining the vehicle was to be modified for wheelchair access. No response. Purchased my new Carnival in Footscray a couple days later, purchase was smooth and the staff were fantastic. Called Valley Kia, again, a couple weeks ago to arrange the first check/service. Bad customer service from service centre in Traralgon went in there to get my Kia Sportage serviced and what ever they done my computer is shutting down while I am driving and I go in to tell them they just give me the run around which isn't fixing the issue not happy with it I'm disgusted with the way I have been treated get your act together.
