We recently purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage from Valley Kia. We first dealt with Steph, who arranged the sale and were then advised that she would no longer be working at the dealership. We were then given the details for Addie (Adelaide), who we could follow up with about a slight repair that needed to be done and to organise the mats that Steph promised to throw in, as the car had none. Not terrible service but not the best either. My partner and I test drove the Kia sportage and while it was a beautiful car, the sales person wanted to come for the drive too which was a little annoying. He also didnt have alot of knowledge about the car, we felt he just wanted to come for a drive. They also said they were going to tell me a trade in price for my car but I never heard back from them.
Excellent dealership in Traralgon. Morgan was very helpful and we now have a really excellent new Stonic. Very professional service at this caring non pushy dealer
