Don't expect "Service" from their Service Division...took my car for a day to assess, never got a reply on what was to happen next, after multiple calls...nothing!

Service department has terrible customer service and still waiting 4 months on for a written assessment of my vehicle to give to insurance, they don’t follow up messages, they don’t do what they say the do, and have not offered a replacement vehicle for any inconvenience even after being asked twice for one. Would not recommend to anyone and they deserve to loose their contract with Jeep
Don't get your car serviced here. They don't service properly or claim they've done things and they haven't. Very disappointed
