Completely Disorganized – Lost My Appointment! I scheduled an appointment with multiple people well in advance, only to show up and be told they couldn’t find it in their system. No apology, no effort to squeeze me in—just a shrug and an offer to reschedule for another day. This is completely unprofessional and a huge waste of my time. If they can’t even keep track of appointments, how can I trust them to handle my truck properly? Avoid this place unless you like dealing with incompetence!
