Valley Isle Ford has abandoned me as a customer and has done nothing to solve a safety recall on my 21 Ford Escape. The recall is on the drivers side door. The check-arm reinforcement welds have failed in the door making the door not useable for entry or exit. Valley Isle has had my car since 14 June, 2025. During that time they have picked car up for photos twice. The second time they did not return the car until 3 weeks later only after I asked them where the car was.
