Briley’s excellent service as a car salesman has assisted my experience tremendously as a customer additionally to the Valley Isle Motor service department. Briley did an incredible job assisting me through a series of tasks while independently buying my vehicle for the first time and the service department followed through on the implementation of registering, servicing, and inspecting my vehicle- specially Rose and Eric. Valley Isle Ford has abandoned me as a customer and has done nothing to solve a safety recall on my 21 Ford Escape. The recall is on the drivers side door. The check-arm reinforcement welds have failed in the door making the door not useable for entry or exit. Valley Isle has had my car since 14 June, 2025. During that time they have picked car up for photos twice. The second time they did not return the car until 3 weeks later only after I asked them where the car was.
