Good customer service and good company! Only issue is there is NEVER someone in the office! I have been trying to the office for over a month and everytime i come is at different times and there is NEVER someone that office, the door is always locked no matter the time. It says they close at 4 but that isnt true! They are always closed all different times throughout the day WAY BEFORE 4pm!
They did there job in a timely manner. The people were polite and did what they said they were going to do.
Back in 2013 if I am not mistaken I was offered a job as a Bilingual representative at this insurance company. The manager and her assistant for some reason disliked me when she realized how good I was when I started working for them. Every time I came back from my lunch, my registered was short and I was blamed for it. They both made it seem as if I was the one taking the money.
