Went to pay my mom’s home Insurance today. The lady that was there to take payment is extremely rude. No customer service skills at all! She was very short and acted as if I was burdening her by having to assist me. She shouldn’t be working in customer service! Fire her please! I’m positive she’s running off your loyal customers!
Rude customer service, lady who answered when I asked for a quote sounded like she hated her job and didn’t want to help!!!!
One star because otherwise it won't show my review. This insurance company does everything possible to NOT pay a claim. I emailed documents, called, and went in person; yet, I had to call again. I called several times and my call was not answered. I had my worker call and they answered...then I was placed on hold for 20 minutes. They were extremely rude. Customer beware.
Well I am very upset I had been calling to make my payment over the phone like I do everytime.And I had been trying to call since 11 am so I finally went over there and they lady was there but had the door locked it was around 3:30 or so so we waited about 5 minutes she decided to come to the door and said she was leaving she didn't want to take my payment I told her it wasn't right I been calling and it's not closing time I need to make my payment so she got mad and took my payment as I was walking out the door I missed the... read more
