Cash customer because my insurance isn't accepted... which I knew going into the office; however, they can't seem to transmit a simple prescription to the pharmacy. Now I am without the new medication for the holiday. Very disappointed. UPDATE: Now they will not fill it at all. Doctor tells me he's prescribing a medicine during the visit, he tells his staff during my check-out, and after a couple calls and no return calls and a trip to the pharmacy, they said he declined it. ???
