Communication is a foreign language to this place. I've been nearly stranded in Fargo 3 times because no one called me, and they closed and went home. Thankfully, I was able to get some employees who seemed to care. I would never do business here again. I can't wait until I get rid of this car!

Had a tire installation performed here (new tires on existing wheels). Technicians: - Took two days to install tires, a job that usually takes 45 minutes (I was told half a dozen times "it'll be done by 6:00pm," even as late as 5:45pm, only to be called at 6:30 with the message "come back tomorrow") - Scratched the absolute living daylights out of my wheels - not just little scratches, but "did they drop them off the roof?"-grade. - Left the keys in overnight, draining the battery completely.
