I brought my Porsche in for an oil leak. They tested it and charged me a couple hundred dollars for the diagnosis. I sent over my warranty information for them to call and check if it would be covered. They forgot about it, and I had to keep calling the service consultant. He kept saying he forgot to call and that he would try, but they never did. I even went there in person to leave a message, asking if they had heard anything back.
