Really do your research and ask around if possible about which dentists others recommend. We made the mistake of using this doctor for our dental care and what a mistake. His network of crony dentists refer each other and up sell procedures. Also this dentist is highly incompetent and caused me significant suffering. Second and third options from other doctors confirmed his incompetence. He has been reported to the Washington dental association for medical malpractice.
Dr. Alan Chen is exceptional. I’ve had sinus lifts and implants and my husband Tim just had teeth pulled and bone grafting for implants. We moved 2 hours south and I have such faith in Dr. Chen, that we drove 4 hours round trip for my husbands surgery. He just called to check in on him and give us his personal cell number. I was a patient of Dr. Chen for several months and am very happy with the professional services I received. The level of professionalism and care of Dr. Chen and his team is extraordinary. His Office Assistant, Hilarie, was always very responsive, caring, and knowledgeable when I had questions or concerns. Yesterday, Dr. Ko performed a bone graft to my left canine. The procedure proceeded without discomfort during surgery. I would like to thank Dr. Ko and Kalin for making me feel comfortably welcome.
