Helpful, professional, quickly get in and out
Very disorganized and lacking customer service. They should regroup starting with first initial visit to next steps in a timely and organized manner. Told them switching to Asante. Do not recommend Valley Immediate Care for any services.
Sent 2 employees in for a specific federal form to be filled out for the department of labor nearly 2 weeks ago. Got 1 of the employees paperwork back and it’s not even the right paperwork and haven’t even received the second employees yet. If you need anything done in a timely matter with specific documents needed go elsewhere. I will be requesting a refund come Monday morning, since I didn’t receive anything I sent my employees in for and am having to go somewhere else to get it done.
