My visit overall went very well. The service provided was top notch and the wait time was low which I appreciated. I would recommend this location (Central Point) to anyone that need an urgent care visit.
I was able to make an appointment which I loved. I still can't believe how kind and still professional all the staff interacted with me. Received excellent care and due to medical care received I am healing from my medical condition. Will not hesitate to return if I need to.
Fast and friendly!! Took my whole family at once
I went online and made an appointment scheduling for right away, they told me the wait time so I didn't have to come in and sit and wait. I made the appointment and was there the time they had assigned for me. I had gone to see them for a fractured rib. It is so painful. I was crying so hard when I went in there and shaking. They immediately got me in and controlled my pain first thing. Once I felt a little better, they got my x-rays done. Come to find out there are a lot of old fractures and bruising.
