Friendly staff. FNP didn't seem to know what my condition was. I answered my own diagnosis for him. He didn't known how to say "I don't know what the condition is".
The reservation process was easy, the front desk lady was kind. I had to wait a while but that was just because they have one procedure room. My doctor's name was Rachel and she was very kind. She did everything in her power to fix my issue and spent quite a bit of time on me. I was continuously checked on by the staff.
From the time we entered the clinic, greeted by a very friendly receptionist, to the caring nurse and amazing doctor, our experience was exceptional. My daughter and I get anxious going to the doctor, but we felt very comfortable here. While in the waiting room, for not long at all, we got to enjoy a screen filled with a cozy fireplace scene, that helped us relax. Thank you!!
