I stopped here as a transient. Since my profession is being an ER doc, I know good urgent care service when I see it -- these guys were quick, efficient and VERY warm and human. Not fun to look for a doctor in a strange city, but they made it pretty painless, and the prices were very reasonable as well.
This was the first time that I came to Valley Immediate Care and I was pleasantly surprised. I had never been to an urgent care facility and didn't expect much out of it. They got us right in and were very thorough. I would gladly come back if I ever need emergency services.
Anytime that I've had to come to Valley Immediate Care I've been treated as well as family. The staff is very comforting and professional making sure that everyone is taken care of. Their locations are so convenient its so much easier to come here and I don't have to sacrifice any of the care.
Valley Immediate Care was amazing, the staff was professional and always efficient. I didn't have too long of a wait and the doctors were very competent. Great alternative to the ER.
This is one of the best walk-in clinics I have ever had to visit. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Will come back if needed – I thought Valley Immediate Care did a great job helping me out. I know I will definitely come back if I really need an emergency room visit. The doctors were very good, they were able to answer any question I had, and really took their time with me. For a urgent care hospital in Medford, they did pretty well by my standards.
Helpful – I found the staff to be very helpful and able to answer my questions when needed. I have been to Valley Immediate Care multiple times, so this was really no surprise to me. I have always been able to get in and out within a reasonable amount of time, it's usually a little quicker than some other doctor's offices, so I have always liked that. The staff is competent and helpful, and that's what gets me back when I am in need of seeing a doctor. - Robin
They Take Great Care – I found Valley Immediate Care in the phone book, so I drove in when I was sick. The doctors here are very good, and keep you very comfortable. I usually don't like going to the doctors or a hospital, but the staff did a great job keeping me relaxed. Everyone was so nice and friendly, I will definitely recommend them. - Erika
