My complaint is that you have a horrible appointment center system. I waited not just once but twice 40 minutes on the phone for a representative to take my call. The second hold I gave up no one ever answered.
I took friend to do Pet Scan yesterday ,after injection IV radiator, I was standing outside the door ,technician told me go in side the room to sit with patient ,make me exposed radioactive for 1&1/2 hrs
The man who does the pet scan tried to reuse the needle. He had to know that is not the correct protocol. .

Called, the employee was impatient, I asked for a sup and he hung up on me. Called again, another employee answered let her know what happened earlier, I asked to speak to a sup, she left me on hold for 12 minutes. Lack of leadership in manging their employees.
