If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was seen 12/11/23 and I am now getting an $518 collections bill that I NEVER RECEIVED A BILL FOR. My insurance covered the appointment and scans and I didn’t even have a copay. All of the reviews for this place should indicate you should never been seen through Valley Imaging Consultants, but Rush Copley auto directs you to go there because it’s done in house. This place is a scam! They never send you a bill, they just send you directly to a collections agency. Then, even after you pay, the collections agency is still all over you. We should contact the AG and file a class action lawsuit. Seriously a scam.
ATG is really making you all look bad!! ATG is a debt collector and is all of a sudden calling telling me I owe $78.43! When I asked for what services and from who they couldn’t give me exact details just said I was sent multiple invoices to collect payment when I never was!! I never got notice on health portal either!! When I asked for the phone number of the medical facility that sent me to collections they said they didn’t have one and were adamant that I was sent invoices! Very disappointed in the billing end of this company. They only sent one paper copy of the bill through the mail, then sent my bill to a collection agency. My visit should have been covered 100% by insurance. There is no computer portal to view any bills. There is no information offered through MyChart. There must be a better way to handle this than to send a $35 bill to a collections agency.
I had a fine needle biopsy on yesterday with Dr. Qureshi and his team on yesterday. The team was professional, knowledgeable, patient and extremely skilled. Shortly after the local anesthetic was applied, the procedure was over in short order. I had been stressing for some time about having the procedure performed, but the team put me at ease.
