Delicious shishito peppers and a BLAT were served up alongside a couple of fine libations.
Food is great. Their beer is pretty skunky but they have some ok guest beers available. The staff seems pretty stressed and it can take a solid 10 minutes before anyone comes to your table after you sit down. If it wasn't for the food this would probably be a one star establishment.
My husband and I stopped today for a late lunch. I had an amazing Apricot cider and my husband had the Resident Citizen, blond ale. We both loved them almost as much as our sandwiches! I had the pork belly and he had the La Tortuga (steak). The food was great. Kevin, our waiter has a fun, friendly approach and service was excellent. Great experience, highly recommend. Michele
