I came into the ER with a knee injury. I squatted down to cut my cats nails and my knee popped and then locked up. I could not straighten or bend my knee without excruciating pain. valley ER x-rayed my knee and told me no fractures. The PA on staff said that he was sending me home with an ace bandage and crutches. I told him I can’t even walk or move it without excruciating pain and that I can’t even bend it. Still got alot of work to do in regards to attitude from staff. Some label you as a drug addict. Plus they deleted my bad review I left 10/8/2020 I only go in if I need to. Otherwise I stay away. So have your guard up. I'd go downtown to other hospital but to far. Hopefully you get treated right, won't hold my breath. UPDATE 10/20/23 WENT IN FOR HEADACHE TREATED LIKE A CRACKHEAD NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE YOU HAVE NO COMPASSION FOR PEOPLE JUST ATTUIDE TOWARDS ALL PEOPLE IN PAIN. My boyfriend and I visited two urgent cares today and they both referred my boyfriend to the ER We were in the waiting room for 2 hours the only thing they did was check his blood take blood sample and then when they did finally call us back they put us in a bed in the damn hallway. He has blood poisoning running from his toe up his entire calf he's been sick and vomiting and throwing up but they told us he didn't qualify for being an emergent person to be seen. My friend went here for immense, sharp pain in her sides and was utterly ignored. The doctors there treated her with disrespect, bullied her mom, lied on her chart about what her mom supposedly did, and refused to help her when she was sobbing in pain. Do **not** go to this hospital if you want to actually be treated by doctors and nurses who care about your situation and actually want to do something about it. The only reason this review even has a star is that there isn't a "zero star" review option on Google. Utter trash.
