My family and I were lied to multiple times. Before we got into the unit, we were told we could all be with my grandma in the room, there was a small waiting room close by and a bigger room for any extra family (there are admittedly a lot of us), that we could come and go as we please to visit, that they could accommodate us etc. Get up here, only 4 in the room, so we go to the waiting room. Your taking up too much space in the small room, no problem we will move to the bigger room. Oh well that bigger waiting room isn't act... read more
I recommend Valley Hospice for their great care. I have had experience in both personal and professional settings and they always show compassion. Thank you Valley Hospice and your staff.
I would never recommend this place to anybody that you love. My dad was sent for what we thought was short term, and they even said they did cpr. As soon as he got home, they didn’t even give him a feeding tube, or any life saving measures. Tried talking about pulling life saving measures as soon as they got here. Even one nurse had the audacity to say to him that their goal is to make him as comfortable as possible until he goes. You can call for help all day, but they only want to send help 2 times a week, and blame short ... read more
