Lied about me and what went on in treatment on my discharge summary. Had a positive experience in treatment, but the summary was very negative. They said they recommended things that they explicitly did not recommend. Would recommend other treatment centers if you are looking to solve your issues, this is more of a vacation. Phone use, cigarette smoking, and returning within 90 days or less are common.
I've been meaning to write this review. I was at Valley Hope last summer. I went in Vegan. Valley Hope claims to have a nutritionist. They absolutely did not know what to make me. I lost 5 lbs in the first week because I had nothing to eat and I really couldn't afford to lose weight at that time. The kitchen staff finally worked with me and went out of their way to make my meals after that first week, so I will give them that. The nurses were also all extremely nice and helpful. Great place very supportive
Good. Helpful. Recovery was good. It is the best place to be if you want to heal and get better.
This place is amazing. All the staff at every level here are incredible people, the food is great and they have a great chapel. The help anyone needs is absolutely available here.
