Took my car in for my first oil change and tire rotation on my 2017 Honda CRV. The service department was insanely busy and I had to wait a little bit just to pull into the garage. They told me that it would be about an hour 10 to an hour 30 for the oil change and rotation. The service writer pointed me back to the waiting area which was very comfortable had lots of big screen TVs and some private Nooks where I can get some work done. There was hot coffee and tea. I made it home around midnight last night! I just wanted to give a big thanks to Brandon, Steve and Nick for all their help and patience! Went to look around at a few car's. George Steuer Showed me around, showed me a few different cars and explained to me all the differences and highlights of the cars. As I felt more confident moving forward he really took the time to explain the different buying and leasing options that would work best for me. Not only was the sales experience non stressful and unpressured, but the facility is just super nice and really customer focused.
I can't thank George Steuer at Valley Honda enough for being so patient with me, then us while we found our newest vehicle!!! Thanks soooo much, we love it!!!
