I tried to use their services before but I was given the honest truth that my previous car was totaled and there was no need to bring it off the tow truck. I appreciated that. Keisha is very pleasant up front. TWO MO LATER, a deer hits my new car. Although it is a Nissan and days before Christmas, Valley Honda kept in touch with me, easy tow and paperwork. Easy process through my insurance. Keisha remembered me. I highly recommend this place. I wish I could give 4.5 stars. If they offered loaners I would give it 5 stars.
Had front end damage repaired.. Service was excellent. My vehicle was completed before stated time estimate given which was greatly appreciated as I waited at the shop while work was done. Staff was friendly, kept me updated on the progress of things.Body work looks great. Thanks!
