The dealership is going downhill - I notice there are no recent reviews and last January is when we started to have problems here. We have a 2007 Honda CRV and when we brought it in last January, they told us we needed a new engine mount. A tech drove a around with a crow bar and was pounding on the engine mount to try and recreate the noise we heard. We ignored them and it turned out to be a noise from the severe cold.
