On September 30th, we had our annual heating and hot water maintenance done with Valley Home Services on our Campanale home. This is our 3rd consecutive year with VHS. Following the service, we started experiencing issues with our hot water for the first time since moving into the home (as in we had no hot water anymore). We’ve had a great experience with Valley Home services. I originally reached out for some quotes during the planning of our secondary suite. Charlyne was responsive and friendly. Cody arrived to do the quote and was able to provide some good feedback on how we should proceed and what stage they should be called in for the work.
