Great service, professional, timely and knowledgeable. We have an older home that did not have existing duct work, or a furnace. We had an old propane fired boiler, that was not vented properly and stopped working on us in the dead of winter. Cody and Ross were able to come look at our system and give recommendations on what would work with our home. Today was my second time using Valley Home Services; my A/C died this past summer and my furnace died yesterday. In both instances a technician arrived quickly to assess the situation and a new unit was installed within 24 hours. I was provided the benefits and risks of having the units repaired vs replaced. Really impressed with Valley Home Services. I had an unexpected heating issue after hours and didn’t even expect a callback but Ross reached out quickly and came by right away. The repair was done efficiently and with zero hassle. Ross was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what he was doing. I’d definitely call them again and would recommend Valley Home Services to anyone needing HVAC work.

We have been dealing with Valley Home Services for 4 years. They are a top notch professional Hvac and mechanical contractor. Living in the country we hesitated to have a boiler. We had a radiant heating system hooked up along with HRV in our new home. Simply the best for heating and comfort. You to need a solid contractor We continue with regular maintenance as you would. When an issue kept plaguing us Ross went out of his way to solve it. Working with pros makes our lives easier. Definitely recommend
