Representatives acted nice at first, but screwed up the music to be played at my granddaughters funeral. When an infant dies, you would think an establishment would understand. We left a check for the services, and they deposited it early, than told a collection agent that it was a bad check. Very poor and a lack of empathy and sympathy.
