Well, first I sent Mom to the wrong funeral home. The one on Yakima Avenue that I don't care for. My dad had his arrangements made there, so I assumed Mom did as well. Valley Hills were very nice and picked her up right away. Mom had a prepaid cremation. The other place was telling me that the policy would only pay part of this and part of that.
