We were exasperated of hope in actually having a positive experience in rehab. Finally, thank God, my dad is at VH. He’s receiving excellent care in every way they can provide it. Thank you so much.

Tremendous turnover in staff, including Administrators, Directors of Nursing, last two of each stayed less than a year. I agree that about some nurses only passing meds. I had a nurse tell me he wasn’t my mother’s nurse and couldn’t get me a cup of water, he didn’t know her diet! you shouldn’t even have to ask for water, requirement that all patients have water. He was eating at the nurses station and couldn’t be bothered. There are some absolute wonderful staff, but certainly not enough. We will see if anything improves. Pe... read more
