My brother has been at Valley Hill Health and Rehab for nearly a year. The staff is more fabulous than I can express. They are the most caring, friendly, compassionate, diligent group that I have ever encountered. They care for my brother's special needs with a smile, and go the extra mile to include him in as many activities as possible. Valley Hill is a hidden gem. My uncle spent his last year here. Whether it was a simple mustache trim, or his nails cleaned, the staff often went a bit extra when caring for him. The day he passed, as our family was gathered around him the nurses, therapists, kitchen staff, transportation, & even the business office came to say goodbye to him. Most were as emotional as we were. He felt at home there and that gave us peace. Might not be the newest or the shiniest place but it delivers great care, and compassion

This place should be shut down. The company and staff do not care about the patients and their well-being. They can't keep staff, the administration lies to the family members, they let the dirty laundry stack up to the point where the residents clothes are ruined by mold and the facility administration could care less about replacing anything. Please do not place a loved one in this place.

I have volunteer in nursing homes for years, Valley Hill out shine them all, the staff is awesome and amazing, they truly love their residents. I know they are more up scale homes, but I would choose Valley Hill over any other home.
