Theres an old woman who consistently HARASSES everyone, tenants or visitors- it's actually crazy
I like it here. If it were my condo and I had no guests I would love to swim at their pool and play ball on there court regularly. It's clean and kept up well with good management. Some friendly, some cool, some nonchalant, some respectful, some not respectful and some well mannered. Still be watchful.
This place is actually nice, it's a nice pocket of Kent that feels quiet. Lived here for two years and enjoyed it.
