VALLEY-HI TOYOTA OF VICTORVILLE IS NEVER DISAPPOINTS ME. SERVICE ADVISOR KATHLEEN HOLT EXCEEDED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS WITH THE SCHEDULED SERVICES SHE COORDINATED. SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL AND PROVIDED EXCELLENT RECOMMENDATIONS. THE SERVCE TECHNICIAN EXECUTED THE MAINTENANCE SELECTED IN MINIMAL TIME. I WAS TRULY SURPRISED HOW EFFICIENT. VALLEY-HI HAS DONE MOST OF MY VEHICLE MAINTENANCE AND I AM TRULY GRAYFOR HAVING THEM KEEP MY CAMRY HYBRID ON THE ROAD WITH NO ISSUES.
Tune-up service was good & the initial check in was great, but the experience was ruined by poor customer service regarding the car wash. After waiting 2.5 hours, the wash wasn't done. The staff who delivered the car was unhelpful, offered no apology, and told me I'd have to wait another 30 minutes to bring it back. Very disappointing, considering the car wash was requested & marked initially upon check in.
