3 hours to do an oil change with an appointment. You guys are idiots. Never coming here again.
My appointment was set for 10am I arrived at 930am with only 2 cars ahead. But still had to wait a long time. When I asked how much longer would it take I was told 5 minutes, because Erick was doing paperwork. By this time there was a very long line behind me.
