My appointment was set for 10am I arrived at 930am with only 2 cars ahead. But still had to wait a long time. When I asked how much longer would it take I was told 5 minutes, because Erick was doing paperwork. By this time there was a very long line behind me. I guess Erick feels sitting on his rear end is more important. I personally feel like he needs more training. He differently did NOT know what he was doing.
