I've written a few reviews for Valley Hi Nissan's Service Department. By far, they provide the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE YOU WILL GET! They make you feel like family and not just "another client". Also, more importantly, they are not pushy when it comes to repairs and services. Bob at parts is awesome!
The gentlemen in the service shop are top notch! I was on the way to City of Hope with my girlfriend for her cancer treatment when the rain guard under her Acura detached! Even though the shop was about to close, they stayed to rescue us, and removed the dragging guard, so that we could continue on our journey! Thank you Nissan!
