I've had a lot of service done to my Optima, but now that Mr. Adam Hill is my service advisor going there is much easier. He explains everything to me. There's no pressure in having to fix anything. If I don't want it done. My last service was July 2026. I also wanna thank the mechanics that have been doing a great job. Thank you Valley Hi Kia for hiring great workers
My service quality was higher than I ever expected. My vehicle was able to get in last minute with an appointment and was finished in a timely manner. Tracy was amazing at making sure i got everything that i needed and mentioned other things that they offer. 10/10 would recommend tracy or anyone on her team when going to get your vehicle serviced.
My experience with Valley Hi Kia has been unacceptable, and at this point, I am actively exploring my legal options. I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle specifically to avoid safety and mechanical issues. Instead, before my first payment was even due, the vehicle was already in their service department for an entire week.
