First time here today to get my car serviced. Have to say the customer service was great. Wait time wasn’t too bad either. The guy who checked my car in, was nice and informed me of a coupon. The mechanic who serviced my car then sent a video after of the work they did.

I've never had such a nice experience at a service center. I have no complaints whatsoever. Melina helped me, and she was fantastic. Very pleasant to chat with, and was cool enough to help me with a spot that needed a little paint. The other folks there were awesome too. There was a woman in the lounge with her children, and her service person was awesome with the kids. The services I had done were a lot cheaper than I initially expected. I'd give em 6 stars if I could.

Terrible Experience I had an appointment scheduled for 9:40 AM and arrived 10 minutes early. I was told the maximum wait time would be 2 to 2.5 hours. After waiting the full 2.5 hours, I went outside to check on my car—only to find it still sitting exactly where I left it. I asked the staff about it, and they casually told me it would be another 45 minutes. That’s nearly 3.5 hours of waiting despite having an appointment. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional.
