They delivered me oil on Christmas Eve morning when I was in a tight spot ahead of my original quote of Dec 26th being earliest they could come out. They care! Enough said. Also the receptionist was responsive by calling me Monday morning after leaving a voicemail over weekend. Professional company and they deserve my loyalty.

We ran through oil much quicker than expected when we first purchased our home. They came on a weekend and delivered knowing we were almost out. They were also more than fair when they came to assess our system. Great customer service. Support local and independently owned businesses.
Until today I was a loyal customer of Valley heating Oil in Seymour. I went in there needing an oil reading for a closing next week and the lady basically refused to help me. She said that her husband couldn't do it until the week before Thanksgiving. I told her the closing is before that and she said they couldn't help me. I would have thought that a small business like this would help out a loyal customer and neighbor but it turns out that they only care helping people if they can make money on it.
