Beware… we were charged an extra $200 for being new costumers! We had to have Valley Heating & Cooling come over on a Saturday morning because we were notified by tenants that the heat wasn’t kicking on, and we weren’t in the area to go check it out. Valley H&C came out and the unit was running when they arrived so they cleaned the air intake, condensate trap and drain. Quick, easy visit and we were billed $527! We were charged $145 diagnostic charge, $182 for cleaning the trap and drain, and $200 for being new costumers!

Their driver was speeding today as he came out of a driveway near Dunkins on Voluntown Rd, Pawcatuck in the company transit van and cut across both lanes nearly totalling my car new Accord and putting me up against the snow on the roadside!!!
