Called made an appointment for a tech to come out for heat not working. They booked it for the following day 11-2 window which was great...... The following day a total No call No show and when I called to see what was going on was given a nonsense excuse and told they couldn't come out for 2 weeks. Stay away.....
Paul was great and gave me a very good estimate on a new heat pump system. I trusted his judgment and was happy with his prices and knowledge. I didn't use them, but it was a tie and a hard choice. If you are looking for heating or cooling repair or replacement I definitely suggest you get an estimate from them first.
We appreciated the thorough assessment of our HVAC needs and Kim’s good advice based on his years of experience. Clearly not just out to sell products or services the customer doesn't really need! More businesses should be that way.
I am very impressed with the installation of my new furnace. Valley Heating & Cooling Contractor got the job done at a reasonable time. Answered all my questions and were pleasant, and they made sure the area was clean before they left.
