I just wanted to update this review to say this is still the most top notch service and people for a REASONABLE price. They continue to provide me with the best quality service. I don’t see that much anymore so I just had to brag on them. Even the lady who is in the office taking the calls is an absolute sweetheart. Y’all got a good thing going here. I recently had an issue with my AC not working on a Friday afternoon of course. Well I called several places and left messages at a couple.Valley was the first to actually answer. A person answered,Diana a lovely lady who reached out to her service guy Bob. They worked me into their schedule and got to me literally 30 mins after calling! Warning**** Please READ IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING THIS COMPANY****** The last thing I ever wanted to do was give a bad review for a local company but the owner, Jason does not go behind his workers work and check to ensure it was done correctly or of quality. There were several things wrong with the entire system, 1. The thermostat is above a vent and beside an exterior door that prevents good temperature readings 2.
