Just call these guys. Steve, Willie and the office staff at Valley Heat & Air took amazing care of us. Best price in town, they were responsive, knowledgeable, took all the time I needed to answer my questions, install was quick… it’s like having family in the hvac business. We just moved into town and our units started failing. Valley replaced all our units and did an amazing job. Just call them. Thanks guys.
My elderly friend (94 years old) ended up with a skunk under her HVAC unit. The smell in her home was horrible! I called Valley on Friday at around noon and asked if they could squeeze her in. I didn't want her to suffer with the smell over the weekend. They were there at 2:30pm and found the deceased skunk and removed it. They also told me where I could get a product that would help eliminate the smell in her home. We are so grateful they re-arranged their schedule to help her out.
This company is the best, HANDS DOWN! They have always been up front and honest and take care of their customers, especially in this heat wave. Has a technician come out and service our AC unit and was just the nicest person and said if it acts up in the morning, to call them back, and he would be right back out ASAP! Definitely recommend using them
We have used them twice and had great experiences both times. Very good work and saved us several thousands on the price!
Very professional service! I would recommend them to anyone in the Huntsville/Scottsboro area! They got out here pretty quick and got the job done ♡ I refuse to go with any other company
