I took my mom to get a hearing test and they had inadequate equiptment . then I call back and a receptionist Donna was so rude. And couldn't find my moms files. I complained to her that she was being rude and speaking to a potential cash custumer and she said" I doubt it" that we couldn't afford them since my mom was on medical. And hung up on me.
