I have been going to Valley Healthcare for 20+ years and it used to be a good facility but in the past year the quality of care has gone drastically downhill. I have had 3 different doctors in the past year and none have asked if everything was alright. It is hard to put any trust in Valley or the doctors there because they are changing so often and they never have the time to get to know the client. I would be hard pressed to even rate them at a 1 since they have made no effort to fix the issues.
