I called Friday morning to have one prescription refilled. The staff member said someone would call me back once its filled Friday!! Once again no call back. I have called since 830 this morning no answer in the pharmacy. The rude employee said she would transfer my request over to pharmacy and "anything else"? I'm out of my medicine wanted it before noon. Last week several employees hung up the phone, I waited 2 hours to still not get my one prescription Friday.
The Pharmacists that work here are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help you get what you need. Very thankful for their services and the prices of my medications.
One on one with a doctor, love them.
I have gone here for years. They over work all of their employees, the doctor (Dr Gullat) is now the only main doctor they have. She is overworked and overwhelmed. I have been out of my medication for over a month now and can’t seem to get my medication on time even though I call a week in advance for my refills. (I was supposed to have it around the 10th the first time and got it on the 21st.
