After a sleep study on January 20 showed that an ASV corrected the sleep disorder I was experiencing. My pulmonologist placed a stat order for an ASV unit on January 21. I called the next day to see if the unit was in stock. I was told the doctor placed the stat order for the unit with the comfort package. Edit- The problem has been resolved. I am giving them another star for taking care of the issue, but it shouldn't have been so difficult. My doctor wrote me a prescription for CPAP when I sleep, and this is the provider approved by my insurance. It started off well. I was able to sign the necessary forms online and they shipped the machine to me with directions to set it up. It went downhill from there. My husband was set up with this company to get his cpap supplies and even though we have already met our family deductible for the year they still have tried to charge him for an individual deductible which doesn’t apply once the family deductible has been met. They refused to fix it.
My interaction with Sydney for CPAP supplies was more than I anticipated and expected. She walked the extra mile to meet my needs. Thank you SO MUCH.
I was referred to Valley Healthcare for my Sleep Apnea supplies. I was set up on a once a month order system pre approved by my Insurance company. They give you a phone number to a automated order line and say they ship promptly. First month supplies took 2.5 weeks to deliver. This month nothing as of 05/25 for my order for the month. I have called several times no return calls. Finally get a hold of them and they say the warehouse forgot to fulfill the order and it would be shipped right out. That was 2 weeks ago.
