Lost my PCP, due to VH firings. Cant get in to see another provider, until NOVEMBER. No availability. Costs going up, availability going down. Going to find another provider, this one sucks.
New patient and today was my 1st visit. Everyone was great from the front office to the nurse to the Doctor. Dr. Hoefle listens, didn't rush my appointment and was very thorough.
HORRIBLE SERVICE……..🤬. My family and I have tried to have a family doctor, I became a patient years back, then my children became adults and followed suit. New Dr in this office and then they leave NO NOTICE!!!! Then Try to make an apt. And you must wait 3 months even when sick. What’s the point. Doctors are about money in 2024, they don’t care about the with OATH or PEOPLE…🤬BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE
My friend was going for an after visit from the emergency room last week .
once I get service that is above one star, I’ll be happy to modify this review.
