I had my first appointment here to establish care, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from the moment I walked in. Stacy took the time to really listen to me, made me feel comfortable, and never once made me feel rushed. I truly appreciated feeling heard and cared for. Had my blood work done and received a MyChart message the same day following up on my results. I’m very happy I chose this practice and look forward to continuing my care here!
Lost my PCP, due to VH firings. Cant get in to see another provider, until NOVEMBER. No availability. Costs going up, availability going down. Going to find another provider, this one sucks.
New patient and today was my 1st visit. Everyone was great from the front office to the nurse to the Doctor. Dr. Hoefle listens, didn't rush my appointment and was very thorough.
HORRIBLE SERVICE……..🤬. My family and I have tried to have a family doctor, I became a patient years back, then my children became adults and followed suit. New Dr in this office and then they leave NO NOTICE!!!! Then Try to make an apt. And you must wait 3 months even when sick. What’s the point. Doctors are about money in 2024, they don’t care about the with OATH or PEOPLE…🤬BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE
