I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism of the front office staff at Valley Health Team in Dinuba. My appointment has been rescheduled multiple times due to their poor communication and lack of organization. I made it very clear on multiple occasions that I would be late for my appointment, and every time, I was assured by the front office that it would not be an issue and that I would still be able to check in. Employees/staff lack integrity & empathy! Waited over 30 minutes to get called in for an interview! I was fully capable of all job duties, 12+years of experience! I had relocated with hopes of a job nearby! Based off the interview questions is probably how they judged me, they didn’t even bother to notify me that someone else had took the job instead they had me waiting like an idiot. Luckily I was hired at a different doctor’s office, with better pay and the best thing is, they show empathy, compassion, and they saw the pot... read more
