Wanted to do full physical but they insisted us to come in for meet and greet appointment first because it's their protocol. Okay I understand they want to milk the insurance, but us patients/customers got job, kids and life to do we don't have free time to go around for BS meet and greet getting to know patient appointments. I have been a patient here for several years and stuck it out because the medical team is amazing. The office staff and front desk, however, are TERRIBLE. Long, inaccurate wait times for calls, with no hold music or anything to indicate you’re even still connected. When you do get connected after waiting, staff are rude and unhelpful. Worse, they will give complete misinformation. Either that or they’re scheduling things so far out for procedures to change and all of a sudden you have to cancel your physical because doctors ... read more
