Just like every other medi-cal office. Unorganized and could care less if you live or die. Terrible.
If you want anything done, do not go to valley health team. Appointments can only be scheduled months out. Once you are finally able to get an appointment, physicians will only spend 2 minutes with you. Because of this I had a spinal injury prolonged care for 5 months. Simply because the physician didn’t spend enough time examining me and made a wrong diagnosis. Sending me in a goose chase for different pt appointments, mri appointments, and doctors visits, which were all meaningless.
This place does have no clue of what they’re doing. Doctors are very unprepared slow and really don’t give a crap or they misdiagnose you do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. You will not get anywhere with these people.I’m
Just awful horrible I will not be stepping foot there ever again there were a few nice employees but for the whole the place was a nightmare they kept giving me the runaround about everything I’d call because they forgot to refill a medication or do a referral I asked for and now I have to go and make another appointment!! Do not go there go anywhere else literally
I would not select them as a php. They do not answer their phone. left on hold and no one came back. avoiding this place for sure
