This is the worst place ever! I tried to schedule a doctor appointment for my father in law who’s 90 years old and need refill prescription. They don’t have any available until two months later and won’t refill his prescription before that. And the receptionist is very rude!
Tried calling to setup a new patient appointment, and was hung up on twice before I could even say hello. Their estimated wait time while on hold is extremely wrong, “est. 2 minutes” cut to 10 minutes later and still on hold. I already had a negative experience trying to setup an appointment with behavioral health, and this was the final nail in the coffin. They clearly don’t care to even get the process started, don’t waste your time.
