Valley Health system at the top is money hungry and has no customer service at all. I took my child in February to ER at Warren. Received billed and paid what I was told the full amount in May. Received a follow up bill for 17.00 in October, 5 months later after being told in May the total was paid..?? Was advised the insurance had pulled back funding and therefore my responsibility. how is that right? Ran my child over after she had busted her chin. Placed a butterfly bandage on it, and it quickly coagulated. However, we knew it was quite a large gash, so we needed it looked at. The ER doctor examined my child without using gloves and re-opened the wound. He clearly had a nail fungus and several scabs on his hand. Perhaps his hands had been recently washed, but when touching someone's face, especially near the wound, I would expect a medical professional to wear gloves!
