Valley Health system at the top is money hungry and has no customer service at all. I took my child in February to ER at Warren. Received billed and paid what I was told the full amount in May. Received a follow up bill for 17.00 in October, 5 months later after being told in May the total was paid..?? Was advised the insurance had pulled back funding and therefore my responsibility. how is that right?
