They never answer the phones... you have to call back to back... we run out of meds.. and it's days before we get an answer

Worst office staff. Called multiple times during business hours and refused to answer; then I had to drive over there myself just to get someone to talk to. Unsurprisingly, no help at all. I had to call the hospital in Woodstock just to get treated like an actual person and get simple answers that I needed. All they tell you to do at this office is use the MyChart app which is useless cause they barely communicate with you.
