Canceled my appointment after 2/3 months of waiting because provider was going to be out of the office (they're 3 months or more out for appointments) and then when they rescheduled it instead of putting me as the next appointment and bumping everyone back to save themselves time not having to reschedule the others they put me at the back of the line well over a month past my original appointment date. Let me preface this by saying Sarah is AMAZING and she is the only reason I stay. But when you are sick FORGET getting an appointment same day or next day. They are booked Months out and it's really aggravating when you need to see an in person doctor for things like this

Every month they struggle to refill my medication on time, and every month I have to call them several times a day (plus sending mychart messages) before they can send in the prescription. And every month they tell me that they'll look into it so it doesn't happen again. And then it happens again next month.

Stopped by the laboratory for fasting blood labs and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone near by that needs lab work.
