Absolutely horrible CNAS THAT DO NOTHING AND WATCH THESE POOR PEOPLE SUFFER!!!!!! LEAVING THEM IN THERE OWN WASTE FOR HOURS SO YOU CAN PLAY ON YOUR PHONE IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG!!!!! I HOPE YOU FIX THIS I WILL PERSONALLY BE CALLING AND REPORTING YOU TO THE STATE. TRAIN YOUR RA PEOPLE STOP BEING LAZY AND DO THE JOB YOU GET PAID 18.10 A HOUR TO DO.
