When you try to schedule as a new patient, no one answers the phone. You get a message saying they will call you back within 24 hours, and to "please not leave multiple messages", but 4 business days later, still no call back.
My doctor is leaving and they are telling me I won’t be able to see someone for a few months which is absolutely ridiculous seeing I’m a current patient and was advised to make an appointment. And seeing my issues were never addressed to being with. I have done everything that the provider asked and I’m still stuck with the same issues I’ve been dealing with for years!
No stars here! I was referred here by another physician within the valley health group and was told the next appointment for a new patient was in February of 2026. When I informed my doctor, she was very surprised to hear about such a long wait.
