I just like to say I have always being treated very good by everyone who works at valley health and, what I really can say my Dr Amber Sullivan listen to what you have to say, and she never rush you. And I am just so grateful to all of the people who worked there at valley health, and most of all I am so thankful to God for putting such wonderful,kind, loving, concerned people in my 🧬 life. Martina Best is just awesome. She listens, she gets to the point, answers questions and replies back to messages on the portal very quickly. The assistants are fun and very thorough. Let’s just say the entire staff is excellent there including the lab! Best blood draw I’ve had in a while 😄 I appreciate all of you so much and the hard work that you do.
Been going here a few years. Big thing is physicals and check ups. Want that $. Had a full physical in December requested a refill on ibuprofen. Was told I needed to come in within 6 months but Ms. Steven's would refill it "this time". I explained it was there 2 months ago. I requested for Ms Steven's to call me. As of date no call and this was several weeks ago. The receptionist that called and left a message on my voice mail spoke to me as if I were a child.
